Blackham Churches
For a small village tucked away at the northern edge of Withyham Parish and
once described as 'having been the abode of the greatest roughs in the
neighbourhood...and where Sunday was entirely disregarded,’ it is quite
surprising that Blackham ended up with two churches.

All Saints’
The Presbyterian Church
The first church built in Blackham, later turned into a private home by the
King family and where many village children first experienced watching
television - the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953
The present church was opened in 1902, taking over from the Iron Church
which had been built in response to the Presbyterian Church
